Hey Priyanka Chopra, Just Tell Us You Are Dating Nick Jonas, Already?

It is officially insane how much Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra are being talked about online. But truth be told, it is neither without reason nor provocation. Now if one of the parties keeps posting some serious social media love for the other, it is obviously going to garner a massive response, right? Especially when the party in question is none other than our glam doll homegirl Priyanka Chopra, who by the way seems likes she is absolutely and clearly besotted!

Instagram comments are a thing of the past for Nick and Priyanka. There are Instagram stories being posted and there is an out-and-out expression of love that is happening along with the pictures, the videos. So yesterday, our singer/songwriter Nick was performing in Brazil. In attendance were a lot of starstruck fans, and an apparently lovestruck Priyanka. Proof? She posted this on her Instagram story.

Why wouldn't they, anyway? Apart from Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor, Priyanka and Nick are being scrutinised a lot over the internet. Everyone is waiting for them to come out and just talk about their dating status. And for those of you living under a rock, Priyanka also posted this a while back, when she was vacationing with Nick and some close friends in Goa last week.

Wow. Favourite man and all, Nick Jonas. Well, maybe they are making it official subtly. Or maybe not so subtly. They have already been spotted together at, let's see, a wedding, a vacation, countless dates, a yacht-day-out, another pre-engagement party (that of Shloka Mehta and Akash Ambani), and so on. So while the excitement is building up for us all, maybe the couple is building the whole thing up for us. But we would still love to hear an out-and-out statement. Nothing like a verbose expression of love.

Alia Bhatt chooses a dramatic gold lehenga for the Ambani engagement

Alia Bhatt has the ability to pull off designer looks like few others. Case in point: the actor was spotted at Akash Ambani and Shloka Mehta’s much-awaited engagement ceremony last night in a glittering outfit that had all eyes on her. After attending their pre-wedding sangeet ceremony in a tonal pink Manish Malhotra sari the day before, the actor shone at the Ambani’s Mumbai residence yesterday in a sparkling gold lehenga by Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla. While many guests chose to go heavy on the bling quotient for this much-awaited event, Alia Bhatt’s look was one of the few that stood out.

Given the nature of the event, Bhatt made sure all the elements of her look came together perfectly, including her accessories. The Raazi actor paired her glittering look with gold chaandbalis from Shrihari Diagems by Anirudh, which complemented her outfit. If you are seeking jaw-dropping earrings to go with a evening look for the upcoming wedding season, take cues from Bhatt’s recent ensemble. Pick from our options.

A lehenga is the ideal go-to outfit for Indian wedding celebrations, be it for the main ceremony itself or for an engagement party. Bhatt’s gold look comprised of a choli, an embroidered lehenga and a sheer dupatta. As is Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla’s aesthetic, the lehenga featured heavy embellishment that made sure Bhatt stood out among the crowds. Given the busy nature of the skirt and choli, that sheer dupatta balanced her look well. Bhatt kept it subtle in the makeup department, choosing nude lips, kohl-lined eyes and a blow dry to complete her look. Get gold lehengas just like hers here.

Ranbir Kapoor says Alia Bhatt is a potential great of all time, a mighty force

Ranbir Kapoor’s Sanju is just a few days away from release and the actor is going all out to promote the Sanjay Dutt biopic. In the course of interviews, he is often asked about his personal life, with Alia Bhatt being a name repeated over and over again. Ranbir and Alia started dating while working with each other in Brahmastra and Ranbir also accepted as much in earlier interviews.

Ranbir is also in awe of his girlfriend’s talent. Speaking to Telegraph, he described the experience of working with Alia in the Ayan Mukerji supernatural fantasy, “She’s a mighty force. At that age, the kind of films she’s done. Just a few days back, I was doing a scene with them and it was such a rare opportunity for me as an actor to see these two different kinds of actors — Amitabh Bachchan, the greatest of all, and Alia Bhatt, the potential great of all time. Words fall short to understand where her experience has come from, how she’s so spontaneous and colourful. I see that she’s extremely disciplined, but extremely blessed and talented also.”

While earlier Ranbir said his relationship with Alia was “really new right now”. “I don’t want to over speak. It needs time to breathe and it needs space. As an actor, as a person, Alia is – what’s the right word? – flowing right now. When I see her work, when I see her act, even in life, what she gives is something that I’m aspiring to for myself. It’s new for us, so let it cook a bit,” he had said. Revealing why he decided to come out and talk about the woman in his life, the 35-year-old actor told the daily, “I only talk when I’m promoting a film. But if I’m in a relationship at that point and someone asks me, of course I’ll address it. Sometimes, you and your partner decide not to talk about it and sometimes you’re okay because there’s nothing to be shy about or hide. Of course, we don’t want to make a mockery of it and make it a reality show, but just to put things in perspective and that this is happening —respect my privacy and respect the fact that I’m sharing this with you.”

He also said it is about giving the relationship dignity and respect. “It comes from a place of just giving the relationship some dignity and respect. I have been privy to a lot of stupid gossip and conjecture and sometimes it causes a lot of misunderstandings, not just between the people involved, but also with your fans and the kind of perception people might have of you. It used to bother me before but I’ve realised it’s all part and parcel of show business. If people are interested in my life they’ll write about it, and if I’m not speaking about it, they’ll write even more, some of it true and some of it untrue,” Ranbir said.

New lovebirds Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor have decided to get married?

The ‘Brahmastra’ pair are not just into dating, but surely plan to take it to the next level in two year's time.
Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s ‘Brahmastra’ releases next year.

And the best part is, there have been interesting developments in the relationship over the past few weeks.

It all started with the couple being snapped together a few times, following which rumours went on an overdrive.

This was followed by Alia gushing over Ranbir in her interviews, after which the two made it official by posing together at Sonam Kapoor’s wedding.

Ranbir confirming the news and Alia going out for dinner with his family were just the final stamps of approval on the relationship.

And now a latest report claims that the couple isn’t just into dating, but are surely planning to take it to the next level.

The pair has decided to get married and 2020 will most likely be the year they will tie the knot, according to BollywoodLife.

“Alia is in a great phase of her life right now. She is in love and they both are sure of each other. Marriage is certainly on the cards but it won’t happen before 2020,” a source told the portal.

Well, if it happens, Alia will be just 27 then, being the youngest A-list actress in the past few years to get married.

And Ranbir, after his much public relationships and break-ups with Deepika Padukone and Katrina Kaif, will finally rid himself of his Casanova image.

The duo have an impressive line-up of films, Ranbir with ‘Sanju’, ‘Shamshera’ and Luv Ranjan’s next, while Alia has ‘Gully Boy’ and ‘Kalank’.

And with ‘Brahmastra’ being their combined effort, the couple surely have a lot going for them on both professional and personal fronts.

Ranbir Kapoor hopes to get married soon, hear hear Alia Bhatt

After revealing about his relationship with his co-star Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor now hopes that his wedding is not too far away in the future. In a recent Twitter chat to promote his upcoming film Sanju, Ranbir was asked when he plans to tie the knot and the actor said, “Soon hopefully! :)”

Speaking about his relationship with his Brahmastra co-star Alia, Ranbir had earlier said, “It’s too new. Let it cook for some time.” The two also made multiple appearances together, including at the wedding reception of Sonam Kapoor Ahuja and Anand Ahuja.

Alia Bhatt also opened up about relationships and marriage in a recent interview with HT, where she said, “Right now, I am not thinking about getting married. But honestly, I am not someone who thinks about these things. I just go ahead and do them. It could be a very random thing since I consider myself a random person. So, I may make these decisions also at random.”

She had added, “I am not someone who plans out my life thinking, ‘Well, that’s how it should be done.’ I feel the best things in life should happen when they are least expected. Maybe, people expect me to get married at 30, but I might surprise myself as well and get married before that.”

Meghna Gulzar's Espionage Drama Starring Alia Bhatt, Vicky Kaushal Looks Intriguing

The trailer of Meghna Gulzar's next, Raazi, dropped online earlier today.

The film, a Dharma-Junglee co-production starring Alia Bhatt and Vickey Kaushal (Raman Raghav, Masaan), is an adaptation of Harinder S Sikka's Calling Sehmat, a book inspired by the almost-unbelievable real-life story of a Kashmiri woman who married a Pakistani army officer to dish out intel back to Indian forces.

Raazi's trailer is atmospheric, eerie, and unsettlingly tense. Meghna, who last directed the terrific Talvar, has a directorial style that relies on intrigue and the dramatic premise of Raazi gives her enough meat to play around with.

The trailer opens with a sweeping shot of the INS Viraat and a throbbing background score which establishes the film's war-movie tonality. We are introduced to Alia Bhatt's character, Sehmat, a seemingly unassuming young woman who's about to be thrown into a perilous journey, something she doesn't appear to be prepared for but looks determined to do.

What if she actually falls in love? What if she defects? What if she's caught? How she navigates the ostensibly terrifying road ahead form's the crux of the film, which features a great ensemble comprising Rajit Kapoor, Shishir Sharma, Jaideep Ahlawat, and Bhatt's real-life mother, actress Soni Razdan.
