One of Australia's toughest female MMA fighters has proven dominance both in and out of the right - using words designed to hurt her to fuel her performance.
Internet trolls have tried to crush Megan Anderson by insulting her appearance and mocking her skill level, but the 28-year-old said it would take a lot more than some mean words from strangers to bring her down.
From being told she looked like a man, to being accused of having taken steroids, and being told she was too 'fat', the powerful sportswoman has just about heard it all.

Ms Anderson, who's never been injured or knocked out in the sport, said she received messages saying she had 'ugly tattoos' and that she was a 'useless' fighter.
But instead of letting the trolls dishearten her, she decided to use their cruel comments to build her into a better person and even more of a ferocious fighter.
