Conor McGregor reveals how he really feels about UFC 223 bus attack

In April, McGregor stormed the event at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York with his friends looking for Khabib Nurmagomedov.

Moments after arriving on the scene, the mob discovered that Nurmagomedov was about to depart the venue on a bus and began attacking it.

An irate McGregor threw a dolly through one of the vehicle’s windows, injuring Michael Chiesa and Ray Borg in the process.

The former UFC lightweight champion was charged with three counts of assault and one count of criminal mischief, which he appeared in court yesterday afternoon to address.

Ireland’s first UFC belt holder’s legal team are currently working on a plea deal with the Brooklyn District Attorney and he’s due back in court on July 26.

Moments after the hearing, which lasted less than two minutes, McGregor addressed the awaiting media and gave a sincere apology for his latest misdemeanour.

"I understand the seriousness of this matter and I am hopeful that it gets resolved soon. Thank you.”

McGregor’s heartfelt apology came a few hours after UFC president Dana White revealed he’ll rendezvous with the Irishman next week.

”He and I are meeting on the 18th of this month,” White told TMZ.
