Fans of Krrish franchise have a reason to rejoice. It is no secret that filmmaker Rakesh Roshan is working on the script of Krrish 4, which is set for December 2020 release. And Hrithik Roshan is once again return as the caped crusader.
But if a report in Mumbai Mirror is to be believed, the makers are not just planning one, but two larger-than-life sequels of the popular franchised.
The report suggests that fourth and fifth instalments are expected to kick off in 2019. Buzz has it the two sequels will be shot and edited simultaneously with an international unit working on the stunts and special effects.
While Hrithik will continue to play a superhero, the actor will be seen in a new avatar. And in fact, the makers are set to introduce new leading ladies and baddies with the next two sequels.
When the daily contacted Rakesh Roshan, he said, "Scripting is still underway and it is too early to comment."
